Shipping Policy

Orders sent directly from affiliates (such as Amazon) will have their own pricing, warranty and shipping policies.

Methods of shipping:

Each individual vendor will be responsible for their own shipping preferences. Some may offer choices, others may not. ALWAYS examine the shipping policies during the checkout stage of purchase and make sure that the vendors method of shipping, as well as the cost of such shipping, is suitable. Occasionally, small items might be shipped by First Class Mail, and some vendors may offer free shipping.

Larger items too large for the post office, may be shipped by common carrier, unless other special arrangements are made with the vendor.

Digital Products:

Digitally delivered products (downloaded to the customer’s computer, no matter where they are) will have special payment buttons so that no shipping or handling charges will be added, no matter what the cost of the product.

Timing:

We make every effort to deal with responsible vendors who ship within 24 (business)hours of receiving the order, unless it is a custom built or modified item, or special orders. Most orders can be shipped anywhere in the United States within ten days (usually much less).

For digital items from places other than our own servers, the sales process will be handled automatically by the processing company, and either the “thank you” page will direct you to the link to download your product, or the download link will be emailed to you. Some digital products will be on our own sites, while others may be handled by a third party, such as ClickBank, who use their own payment processor. Either way, you should be able to download your product immediately after paying for it. If they use an autoresponder with a double-opt-in, you may have to wait for an email from the supplier, and then click on another link to get your product.

Note: Our opt-in forms are for new post notifications only. If we have news or offer a sale product, it will be posted on the blog. We will NOT send you emails unless it is in regard to an order that you placed directly with us. Some sites (affiliates) that we may refer you to, may have their own opt-in forms, which you must fill out, in order to receive your product from them.

Returns:

Each individual vendor will be responsible for their own return policies. Make sure you read and understand their policies in regards to warranties and returns.  In the unlikely event you should need to return any order or part of your physical product order, some vendors may expect you to pay return shipping charges.. All orders must be intact as originally shipped, and in good re-sellable condition. The method of credit or refund is at the sole discretion of the vendor.

Warranties:

Be sure you read and understand the warranties provided by each vendor as well as the product itself.  It is usually up to the vendor you bought the product from to provide a warranty for the product. although some items may be warranted by the manufacturer. Some parts may be warranted for life by their manufacturers, while some may be 30 days or less. Know your options before purchasing.

For digital items, we and our suppliers will likely have safeguards in place to prevent abuse, and normally the access to the product will be shut off if it can be, and then we will make a refund to you in the same manner in which you paid for the item.

Damage Claims:

If you find damage after receiving an item(s), please file a claim with the carrier, and then notify the vendor. Usually, they will make every effort to replace the product as quickly as possible, within the confines of the claim process.
